Terms of Use
These Terms govern the relationship between the Provider (Arseniy V. Poddubsky, self-employed, INN 410909170825) and HireMeUp users — employers, executors, and partners. The Russian version at /ru/legal/terms is the legally binding original.
1.Registration and account
Registration is voluntary. The user chooses a role (employer or executor) on sign-up. The partner role is activated separately from the account.
The user undertakes to:
- provide accurate information on sign-up;
- not share access credentials with third parties;
- notify the Provider immediately on suspected unauthorized access;
- not create more than one account for one individual.
2.Roles and monetization
- Employer — posts jobs and pays for a subscription (Free / Start / Pro) to unlock extended features.
- Executor — creates a public profile and applies to jobs. Using the Service is free for executors.
- Partner — refers employers via a referral link and earns a commission (see /legal/partners).
3.Posting rules
Service users undertake to:
- post accurate information about jobs, skills, experience;
- not post material violating Russian law;
- not post offers tied to prohibited activities;
- not use job posts to harvest personal data outside the Service;
- not use the Service for spam or off-topic advertising.
4.AI features
The Service uses AI for:
- generating job descriptions;
- analyzing and ranking bids;
- detecting suspicious accounts and fraud;
- producing hiring recommendations.
AI recommendations are informational and not a guarantee. The final hiring decision is the employer's. The Provider is not liable for AI conclusions.
PD (passport data, full name, contact info) is not sent to AI models — only de-identified text.
5.Employer verification
Paid tariffs include voluntary verification by ID and/or company details. Verified employers receive a "Verified" badge.
Verification is manual, performed by an authorized employee. Lead time — up to 3 business days. A denial is delivered with a written reason.
Scans are stored securely and used only for verification. Retention — 6 months.
6.Restrictions and sanctions
The Provider may restrict / suspend / delete an account on detection of:
- fraud signs, multi-accounts;
- circumvention of tariff limits;
- prohibited content (§3);
- complaints with confirmed evidence;
- use contrary to Russian law.
The user is notified by email. Payments made prior to suspension caused by user violations are not refundable.
7.Intellectual property
All rights to the Service's design, code, text, and graphics belong to the Provider.
Users retain rights to their own content (job texts, portfolios, bids) and grant the Provider a simple (non-exclusive) license to use that content in delivery of the Service.
8.Termination
A user may stop using the Service and delete the account at any time via the cabinet or by emailing support@sinapps.ru. Deletion is processed within 30 calendar days.
The Provider may terminate the agreement unilaterally for material violations, with email notice.
