4.Inquiry topics
- Technical issues / bugs. Include reproduction steps, a screenshot, browser/device, date/time.
- Payments / subscriptions. Include account email, payment date, tariff. Receipts are emailed by Robokassa.
- Refunds. Procedure at /legal/refund.
- Personal data. Access/correction/deletion/consent-withdrawal requests — within 30 days.
- User complaints. Describe, attach evidence, include profile/job IDs.

5.Disputes
If pre-trial negotiation fails, disputes go to the court at the Provider's place of registration (Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky) under Russian law.
Users may also contact Rospotrebnadzor (Kamchatka Krai) or other authorized consumer-protection bodies.
