Partner program terms

• Anyone with legal capacity — an individual, an entrepreneur or a self-employed professional — can become a partner after registering and activating the partner role.
• The partner receives a unique referral link that is used to attribute introduced employers.
• Commission is paid only on subscriptions actually paid by referrals (Start, Pro and above).
• HireMeUp co-founders are not part of the partner grid — they are covered by a separate profit-distribution policy.

Commission is paid for 6 (six) calendar months from the first successful payment of the introduced employer.

• The window starts on the date of the first confirmed payment.
• The window does not reset on plan changes, re-registration, or resumption after pause.
• After the window the referral is 'released' — 100% of revenue stays with the platform.
• On an upgrade inside the window the commission applies at the new price with the current rate.
• On early cancellation the partner keeps previously accrued commissions for periods actually paid.

The partner level is re-evaluated monthly (on the 1st at 00:05 MSK) based on active referrals over the past 90 days and/or accumulated MRR.

If metrics drop, the partner keeps their current level for a 90-day buffer.

Beyond recurring commissions, partners earn one-off cash bonuses for milestones. Bonuses are awarded after confirmation and a 14-day chargeback hold.

To protect the program:

• Self-referral is forbidden — matching email, phone, card, IP fingerprint or INN blocks accrual.
• Bulk registration — more than 10 sign-ups from a single /24 subnet in 30 days triggers manual review.
• A commission may be revoked on a referral refund or confirmed fraud.
• 14-day hold — the first commission for each new referral is frozen 14 days against chargebacks.
• Fake traffic (cookie stuffing, hidden iframes, etc.) results in account suspension without payout.

• Minimum payout threshold: 1,000 ₽.
• Payout requests are processed manually within 5 business days.
• Methods: bank card (SBP / classic transfer), self-employed / IE account.
• Taxes are the partner's responsibility (NPD, USN, NDFL). The Provider is not a tax agent.
• Individual partners without self-employed/IE status must self-declare income via 3-NDFL.
• All payouts are recorded in the admin Telegram bot; one payout is confirmed by one operator.

The Provider may change rates, limits, achievements and other parameters. New terms are published here and take effect no earlier than 14 days after publication.

On program termination, partners are paid all accrued amounts for periods actually paid, regardless of the payout threshold.
