Public offer for access to the HireMeUp service

Customer: any person using the Service — an individual, a self-employed professional, an individual entrepreneur or a legal entity — who has accepted this Offer in the manner set out in §9. The Provider's tax status (self-employed / NPD payer) is described separately in §12.

The Provider grants the Customer access to the HireMeUp Service hosted at sinapps.ru within the scope of the tariff the Customer has selected, and the Customer undertakes to pay for the services in the manner and within the time limits set out in this Offer.

The Service lets the Customer:

• publish jobs and one-off tasks to find executors;
• review applications (bids) and executor profiles;
• use AI ranking and analysis tools within tariff limits;
• communicate with applicants inside the Service;
• use the subscription cabinet, analytics and partner features.

Services are provided under tariffs published at sinapps.ru/pricing. Tariffs form an integral part of this Offer.

• Free — 0 ₽/month: 1 active job, up to 10 bids, no AI ranking.
• Start — 1,490 ₽/month: up to 3 active jobs, 30 AI analyses, 1 team seat.
• Plus — 2,990 ₽/month: up to 7 active jobs, 100 AI analyses, 2 team seats.
• Pro — 6,990 ₽/month: up to 15 active jobs, 300 AI analyses, 3 team seats.

Prices are in Russian rubles. VAT is not charged because the Provider applies the special tax regime "Tax on Professional Income" under RF Federal Law No. 422-FZ of 27 November 2018.

The Provider may unilaterally change tariffs. New tariffs apply to the Customer from the next subscription renewal and do not affect the already-paid current billing period.

Payment is non-cash via Robokassa (LLC Business Element, INN 5407329863). The Customer's payment obligation is considered fulfilled when funds are credited to the Provider's settlement account.

After a successful payment Robokassa issues and sends the Customer a fiscal receipt under RF Federal Law No. 54-FZ of 22 May 2003 to the email provided at checkout.

The subscription auto-renews each billing period (1 calendar month) unless the Customer cancels in their account before the end of the current period.

Service is deemed delivered from tariff activation (credit of payment) until the end of the paid billing period. The billing period is 1 (one) calendar month.

Tariff limits (active jobs, AI analyses, team seats) reset on the 1st of each month. Unused limits do not carry over.

The Customer confirms delivery of the service by accessing the Service's functionality. No additional acceptance certificate is issued unless the Parties agree otherwise in writing.

Under clause 4 of the "List of quality goods not subject to return" (RF Government Decree No. 2463 of 31 December 2020) and Article 26.1 of the RF Consumer Protection Law, the service of providing access to a software platform is not subject to refund for reasons unrelated to faulty delivery.

Refunds are issued in the following cases:

• technical failures of the Service preventing delivery for more than 24 consecutive hours;
• erroneous or duplicate charges;
• inability to deliver the service caused by the Provider.

Refunds are issued in full for the unused portion of the billing period, without deducting payment-provider or bank commissions, to the same payment method used for the original charge.

The refund request is processed within 10 (ten) business days of receipt by the Provider. Settlement time depends on the payment provider and the Customer's bank (typically up to 10 business days).

The Provider undertakes to:

• keep the Service operational in line with the selected tariff;
• notify the Customer of Offer changes at least 7 days in advance via email or in-account notice;
• protect the confidentiality of the Customer's personal data in line with the Privacy Policy;
• review the Customer's inquiries within the time limits set in this Offer.

The Customer undertakes to:

• pay for services on time according to the selected tariff;
• not use the Service for unlawful purposes, spam, or distributing false or illegal materials;
• not take actions aimed at breaking the Service or circumventing tariff limits;
• comply with the laws of the Russian Federation while using the Service.

The Parties are liable for non-performance or improper performance of obligations under this Offer in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation.

The Provider's total liability to the Customer, regardless of the basis of the claim, is limited to the amount actually paid by the Customer for the current billing period.

The Parties are released from liability in case of force majeure as well as failures of public communication networks, equipment or third-party software beyond the Provider's control.

The Offer is accepted by the Customer through any of the following actions:

• registering an account on sinapps.ru and confirming agreement with this Offer;
• paying for a selected subscription tariff via Robokassa.

From the moment of acceptance, this Offer is deemed a binding service agreement on the terms above.

Processing of the Customer's personal data is carried out under the Privacy Policy published at /legal/privacy. By accepting this Offer the Customer confirms agreement with the Privacy Policy.

This Offer enters into force on the date stated in the header and remains in force until revoked or amended by the Provider.

The Provider may unilaterally change the Offer at any time. The new version takes effect on its publication at /legal/offer. Continued use of the Service after publication of a new version constitutes the Customer's agreement with it.

All disputes are resolved through negotiations. Failing agreement, disputes are referred to the court at the Provider's place of registration under the laws of the Russian Federation.
